Rabie was born in Minya, Egypt in 1986. He graduated from the faculty of Fine Art in Cairo and is a member of the Fine Artists association and The General Federation of Arab Archaeologists' 2011, he won an incentive award from the University of Helwan, followed by a full-time grant from the Ministry of Culture. Rabie’s artwork is deeply rooted in his hometown’s identity, using his talent to showcase the blend of different eras and cultures that constitute the rich heritage of southern Egypt. His latest sold-out exhibition at Motion Art Gallery in 2022, titled the ‘Sacred Lake’ show used the concept of a Sacred Lake as a metaphor to describe places that hold deep meaning to different people; these can be locations that are tied to old memories, or simply a person's favorite location to stop and reflect.

His artwork is displayed in private collections in Egypt and Dubai, and a permanent collection at the General Authority for Cultural Palaces. He participated in the 6th Beijing International Biennale In 2015 and was among only two representatives of Egypt in China at a workshop for Arab celebrities In 2017. Rabie also participated in various exhibitions in South Africa and most recently, Washington U.S. His paintings have been exhibited in six solos exhibitions in galleries in Cairo, Egypt. Rabie also exhibited in over 20 group art shows in Egypt, including the Bibliotheca Alexandria, Cairo’s Opera House and the Museum of Modern Art.
